How to enable the Fullscreen button of any Google Drive Embedded video

This is my old video.
Google Drive lets you embed videos, photos and other files on your website or blog. Because Google Photos videos are accessible in your Google Drive account, you can use this option to embed your Google Photos videos as well.
1. Upload or backup your video to Google Photos
OR upload your videos to Google Drive
2 .Sign in to Google Drive (drive.google.com) on your desktop computer with the same email you use to sign in to Google Photos
3. Find the video you want to embed
4. Set who can see your video:
Click the 3 dot "More Actions" icon at top right, and then Share. You can make the video visible to the Public or Anyone with the link in Advanced settings.
5. Open the video in a new window:
Click the 3 dot More actions menu icon at top right, and from the menu select Open in new window
6. Find the Embed code: When the video has opened in its own window click the 3 dot More actions icon at top right, then select Embed item...
7. Copy the embed code
8. Paste the embed code into the HTML of your website or blog
