Canon EOS 80D Brief Description
Canon EOS 80D is a powerful 24.2 Mega Pixel DSLR camera powered by APS-C CMOS sensor and Canon's DIGIC 6 image processor which allows it to capture 7 fps burst shots and 1080p video at 60 fps. Supplementing the APS-C camera is its viewfinder, which not only has approximately 100% coverage but also comes equipped with Intelligent Viewfinder. The Autofocus sensor covers a large portion of the viewfinder and consists of 45 cross type selectable points that enable precise AF tracking, even during 7.0fps high speed continuous shooting. It supports a 3 inch TFT touch monitor with 1.04 million dots for a clear and sharp image. There are features like digital zoom, time lapse movie, HDR movie, built in flash, built in microphone, HDMI mini OUT terminal and support for external memory devices such as SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards.
Canon EOS 80D has various creative filters like Grainy B/W, Soft focus, Fish-eye effect, Art bold effect, Water painting effect, Toy camera effect, Miniature effect that can alter the mood and visual effect of any particular scene. ISO speed has also been enhanced up to a normal ISO of 16000 (12800 during movie shooting), and an expanded ISO of up to ISO 25600, allowing the capture of beautiful shots at fast shutter speeds, even in low light conditions. It provides seamless Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity, which allows you to instantly transfer images to your smartphone or remotely frame a shot with Canon's Camera Connect app.
